Fairy-kei

Fairy kei is a japanese street fashion that was pioneered by Sebastian Masudea through the stores "Doki Doki 6%" and later "Spank!". Spank! is second hand. He has stated that Fairy kei is similar to Decora in that it is Cute, happy and childlike.
The fairy kei fashion style is essencially 80s pop meets kawaii, and as such includes things like arm warmers, tutus, leggings, brightly colored flats, and polka dot; clothes are normally in pastel colors. As a general rule, musical tastes correspond to the 80s theme, or else J-pop.
