Simply put, a fan (often of the obbsessive nature) or Haruhi Suzumiya no Yuutsu or, in english, the melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.
They have watched the anime, read the manga, and read the novels.
They may either dress normally with Haruhi accsessories or cosplay as someone from haruhi.
They listen to the many songs from the show.
They may well dance Hare Hare Yukai.
One of the more 'eccentric' fandoms out there, but hey what do you expect? It's Haruhi!
