Shota boy
Shota is a type of anime, which involves putting cute young boys (generally between the ages of 8 and 12) in romantic or sexual situations.
A shota boy, put simply, is one who could have come from said anime.
They are often blond, small, cute, and very much a type of real life uke.
They often dress kawaiiko-ish, and there's a reason for the term 'shota shorts'. They listen to any cutesy music.
They are essencially a subgroup of kawaiiko, albeit on with some ...perverse origins.
Girls may also be shota boys, via chest binding, cosplay, and...well...it IS anime inspired, so naturally genderbending is pretty common.
Of course, shota is technically pedophilia, and what goes on in shota should never happen in real life.
