Weeaboo

A weeaboo or wapanese is the term for a person of decidedley non-japanese descent who is very interested in Japan and Japanese pop-culture, and more importantly idolizes the japanese and seeks to emulate their mannerisms and culture.
A typical Weeaboo is very into anime, watching only the original subs, from which they may try to learn Japanese.
Wapanese will collect anything and everything Japanese, icluding but not limited to Samurai swords, Tatami, Anime merchandise, and possibly even a kimono.
Typically, a weeaboo will mix Japanese and english in their day-to-day speech, so wapanese could also be described as a language.
Wapanese fashion sense tends to be leading into kawaiiko zone, with a lot of ribbons, fluff, and hello kitty. Cat hats and arm warmers are also popular.
Wapanese will listen to any Japanese music, genre not withstanding, although they usually prefer the sickeningly sweet jPop stuff, or anime music. Caramelldansen, leekspin, and Here Hare Yukai are all favorites.
Weeaboos tend to pull cutesie poses even more than real kawaiikos, and practically invented the peace sign.
Whilst the origins of the word wapanese are kinda obvious, weeaboo is not so much. It started as a nonsense word from a webcomic by the name of Perry Bible Fellowship, was later used as a word filter on 4chan for the term wapanese, and has slowly replaced it.
Weeaboos are also obsessed with the kawaii aspects of the japanese, even outside of fashion, and may attempt to learn CaramellDansen, Hare Hare Yukai, ParaPara or Nyan-Nyan. They add japanese suffixes like -chan, -tan, or -sama to people's names. Weeaboos often try to act kawaii themselves, and are addicted to pocky.
